Thank you so much for stopping by (really, thank YOU!) There are a lot of career coaches out there, and I know your time is important.
So why me?
I have spent over 25 years in global organizations and traversed almost every industry. With a strong executive presence in the talent space, you might say I am a people person - and you would be right!
I have developed a career development framework that has been used with consistently positive results for the last 15 years. These programs have left lasting impressions on the individuals and companies who used them. Many individuals developed through this program have gone on to leadership roles.
So, what is this framework?
First, it is a simple way to unlock your skills and rapidly grow your network and digital reach, allowing you - and your story - to be well-positioned to be seen. Second, it contains strategies and guides, developed and used by recruiters and talent professionals, that you can now use for the rest of your amazing career.
My Story
Throughout the numerous years I have spent in the corporate setting, I was always drawn to supporting and empowering people to be their best selves, and I have channeled this energy into helping students take the best next steps towards their dreams. From one-on-one conversations to keynote speeches, I strive to bring positivity and light to the often daunting experience of career development.
As a father of four myself, I have seen the state of the workforce through my kids’ experiences as well as my own, and I am more than prepared to be your guiding light through this process.
Before graduating college, I was taught a valuable lesson that has always stayed with me – “our people are the most valuable asset to any company.” I took this mindset with me to each organization I worked with, using it to create internal mobility programs at global companies. I used it to define and put into practice performance management programs aimed at building people up…not tearing them down. I used it to build out recruiting teams focused on finding and engaging with people who had too often gone overlooked.
And as I look back, all of that hard work is still in place today! I am both proud and humbled, but there was always a sense that I could do more, that I could create more positive change. I started to see that there was greater impact in bringing these experiences and frameworks to those in, or getting into the workforce. Equipping them with all of the tools that I had provided to people in corporate settings throughout my career. And north star was born. It was born of the idea that if we provide additional structure and guidance to the individuals we partner with, then we can all achieve something better.
Then we can all point to our own north star.
